LHH has partnered with a legal client to help fill a Corporate Office Assistant opening in Nashville, TN. This position is full time within a great organization that is looking to continue to make a difference. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude and exhibit excellent customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the office runs smoothly.
- Act as first point of contact for incoming guests, clients, vendors, etc.
- Answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, restock office supplies, and set up conference rooms based on internal and external meetings.
- Sort through incoming mail and deliveries effectively.
- Help with other administrative duties including data entry, research, and communication.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience of corporate administrative responsibilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Team player
Schedule:
- Full-time, 40 hours
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am-5:00pm
